this actually is not a review but a request for some information:1. i just bought a house and a hot tub was included in it. I live in alberta and winter is just around the corner. Can anyone tell me how to winterize the tubs just so it (and its associated equipment such as the pumps and pipes) wont freeze up and burst. Any info on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I have a eco pak, the circuit board melted and is not under warranty the customer service sucks. I wont be putting in a eco pak back in. I am switching system to someone that can stand behind their product, with great customer service
